In the Matter of: Pursuant to the Order in Docket No. 11-042-01, dated March 28, 2011, the Public Service Commission approved the establishment of Extended Area Service between the Price Exchange (Carbon County) and the Emery Exchange (Emery County) at the rate of $0.50 for Residential (R1) Service and $1.50 for Business (B1) Service for Carbon/Emery customers.
