 The South Florida Federal Executive Board proudly announces the 7th Annual QUAD conference, “Engagement Matters” November 14 – 15, 2016 at the Southern Command, Conference Center of the Americas located at 9301 NW 33rd Street,  Miami, FL 33132.  

Engagement is defined as: 
An employee’s sense of purpose that is evident in their
display of dedication, persistence and effort in their work or overall attachment
to their organization and its mission.

This two-day no cost conference will highlight various topics on employee engagement.   

  • The key-note address will be presented by Kelvin Manning, Associate Director, John F. Kennedy Space Center.  According to the 2015 Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey (FEVS), NASA is one of three large agencies with top scores in the engagement index.  In 2014, NASA was the highest scoring agency in the engagement index. 
  • Presentations and interactive panel discussions will help supervisors, managers, and HR practitioners understand  how to effectively cultivate a culture of engagement that connects each employee to the mission of their organization through engagement and excellence in order to lead to higher organizational performance, employee empowerment and an effective performance based culture.
