Adjunct Instructor Hiring Announcement
The Virginia Department of Fire Programs (VDFP) is seeking part-time adjunct instructors to provide high quality fire service training in accordance with agency, state, federal and National Fire Protection Agency (NFPA) regulations and as assigned by VDFP.
The purpose of this position includes assisting with the implementation of course curriculum and lesson plans. Provide course registration and administration; assisting with and providing computer-aid, instruction and testing. Setting up classrooms, field, and practical skills training. Assisting with the reproduction and distribution of course materials; supervision of the daily operations of a large training program and practical skills training that support student learning. This work should be developed in a broad range programmatic manner to meet the needs of a diverse student population.
