The California Student Aid Commission has created the Assumption Program of Loans for Education (APLE)
website just for you. This site allows you to manage your APLE Account online and provides you with
resources and information to successfully participate in the program.
If you have questions regarding the APLE Program, call 1-888-224-7268. The Customer Relations
Branch is available Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 4:45 p.m.
IMPORTANT UPDATE:
Confirmation of your form processing will appear in your "MyAPLE" account. You can check the status of
your APLE information and monitor your payments by creating an account, if you have not already done so.
If you do not already see your forms on the account, please be aware that we recently began processing
thousands of 2014-15 forms. You will see the information updated within MyAPLE soon. If you require confirmation
that your Loan Balance Verification Form was submitted, you can contact your lending agency.
The California Student Aid Commission will not start the withdrawal process until all forms received
on-time are entered into our system.
