Welcome to the State of Arizona Board of Funeral Directors and Embalmers WEB Site.  The site was designed for both consumers and licensees alike.  It  contains a variety of information ranging from a directory of licensees to a guide for consumers under the publications link.  Feel free to send us your comments on any way you would like to see this site improved.

What We Do
The Board examines and licenses individuals who provide funeral goods and services.  The Board also accepts complaints against licensed and unlicensed individuals and businesses, investigates allegations, and forwards complaints on felony discovery to prosecuting authorities. the Board oversees approximately 1600 licensees practicing in the state, and serves all Arizona citizens who receive funeral goods and services.

Board Meetings
Notices for all Board meetings are posted on the first and second floors of 1400 W. Washington Phoenix AZ 85007. Notices can also be obtained by clicking on the Meeting Notices, Agendas and Minutes link on any page.
