GFSSP is a general-purpose computer program for analyzing steady state and time-dependent flowrate, pressure, temperature and concentrations in a complex flow network. The program is capable of modeling phase changes, compressibility, mixture thermodynamics, and external body forces such as gravity and centrifugal. GFSSP has been developed at Marshall Space Flight Center for flow analysis of Rocket Engine Turbopump and Propulsion System.

GFSSP Educational Version, like the regular version, is a general-purpose computer program for analyzing steady state and time-dependent flowrate, pressure, temperature and concentrations in a complete flow network; The program is capable of modeling phase changes, compressibility, mixture thermodynamics and external body forces such as gravity and centrifugal forces; and it provides a recourse to three-dimensional Navier-Stokes computational fluid dynamic (CFD) analysis by constructing a fluid network consisting of a group of flow branches, such as pipes and ducts that are joined together at a number of nodes. The Educational Version, unlike the regular version, is limited to 25 nodes and 50 branches and will not have the capability of User subroutines.
