The Portal is the gateway to applications providing online access to Maryland court records.
The Judiciary provides public access to court records in accordance with Maryland Rules 16-1001 through 16-1011, effective October 1, 2004. The Rules specify what case information can be made available to the public and what case information must be kept confidential. For more information, see Public Access to Maryland Court Records.
Case Search (Public Access)
Case records from the Circuit and District Courts case management systems. These include civil, criminal, and traffic and civil citations, with the exception of Prince George's County Circuit Court civil records, which will be available in the near future.
Judgments and Liens (Public Access)
Court records from the Circuit Courts, with the exception of Montgomery and Prince George's Counties.
Judgments are the final order of a court.
Liens are a charge or claim on property belonging to another, for the satisfaction of a debt or duty.
