Welcome to the Flathead County Geographic Information Systems Interactive Map Site (IMS)! This powerful application allows users to locate a large assortment of geographic information within Flathead County. Using this interactive tool, users can find information about a given parcel such as which districts (zoning, school, fire, water/sewer, voting, etc.) the parcel is in, open surveys of records pertaining to the parcel, and find the Department of Revenue's tax appraisal information. Users can search for a particular parcel based on owner name, address or assessor number and view a map (with or without aerial photography) of the area. Alternatively, users can use "zoom" tools to zoom in on a certain area of the map. Many different geographic datasets can be turned on & viewed here, such as FEMA floodplains, census information, hunting districts, community wildfire protection plan, etc.
