The Michael Minger Act is a Kentucky state law that requires public colleges and universities as well as private institutions licensed by the Kentucky Council on Postsecondary Education (CPE) to report campus crimes to their employees, students and the public on a timely basis.
The Minger Reporting System is a web-based data input system provided by the Kentucky Council on Postsecondary Education. As part of the Michael Minger Act, each institution is responsible for providing crime statistics and policy information for all of their campuses in Kentucky.
