Heay Snow and Blizzard Conditions Upper Mississippi Valley and Northern Plains

An arctic blast from Canada will enhance snowfall across the upper Mississippi Valley and northern Plains into Friday. Blizzard warnings and Winter Storm Warnings are in effect.
