IWIN GOALS
IWIN aims to contribute by objectively informing Idaho employees and the public, especially women, on nuclear energy and other sciences, in particular by:
- Supporting Global, US, and Region IV Women in Nuclear.
- Providing communication channels between the IWIN Chapter, other WIN Region IV chapters, customers, technical organizations, and professional organizations.
- Offering support to WIN members who are striving for professional excellence by providing formal updates, communicating items of interest to working women, and providing guidance on continuing educational opportunities.
- Working with education centers and community organizations to promote careers in science, engineering and nuclear energy, and Idaho committees/organizations and local organizations to provide and educate Idaho employees and the public with information on nuclear energy and the nuclear industry.
