The ALIRTS technical issues have been resolved.

Due to the system issues, the due date for the hospitals, long-term care facilities, primary care and specialty clinics reports are pushed back and are due on Friday, February 19, 2016.

Home health agency/ hospice reports are still due March 15, 2016.

The 2015 Annual Utilization Reports for all facility types are available for submission.

The 2015 Annual Utilization Reports of Hospital, Long-term Care, Primary Care Clinic and Specialty Clinic are due February 19, 2016.

The 2015 Annual Utilization Reports of Home Health Agency / Hospice are due March 15, 2016.

If you've forgotten your login id or password click on the link below and submit the required information to ALIRTS. If you don't receive an e-mail note from ALIRTS within a couple of minutes it probably means the e-mail address in our database is incorrect or obsolete - call the ALIRTS Hotline at (916) 326-3854.

Annual Utilization Reports must be submitted via this web site. OSHPD does not accept hardcopy reports.

To submit data you must
1) Log in
2) Search for your facility (by name or OSHPD ID #)
3) Once the facility name displays, click on "View Reports"
4) Choose the appropriate year from the dropdown box and click on New Report

You do not need an ALIRTS account to view license data and submitted utilization reports. You can also download a printer friendly version of any submitted report.

First you must search and find the individual facility. You can use either the General Search or Advanced Search.

The General Search box is located at the upper right hand corner of this page. Enter the facility's full name or a partial name (minimum 3 characters), or the license number, or the OSHPD ID number.

You may also use the Advanced Search feature from the left navigation bar to search on multiple parameters.

Once you search and find a facility a listing of submitted reports will display. Locate the report year you want to view and click on "View Report".
