Budget & Contract Information
The Appropriation/Expenditure Report (Budget) data and the Contract Report data (Contracts) are generated directly from the government’s Budget and Accounting Information System (BACIS) on a quarterly basis after the financial system’s accounting quarter has been closed and archived. This report is summarized and subtotaled by Fund name. In some cases, budget and contract information is released prior to formal closing on the BACIS system in which case there may be a variance between the information released and the information on this page.

Staffing Pattern Report
The staffing pattern report is generated using information from the government’s payroll system. Please note that not all agencies will have a staffing report. In some cases, payroll for smaller agencies may be consolidated with the payroll of larger agencies, in which case no staffing pattern report will be generated for the small agencies affected.
