Under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act, Rapid Response is dedicated to re-employment. As part of Ohio's Department of Job and Family Services' Office of Workforce Development, we serve two customers: employers and affected workers. We achieve our goal by offering layoff aversion, early intervention services and immediate re-employment solutions. These services may include customized workshops, training, certifications, skill matching and other strategies.
