Orders can be filled in person at the Public Counter of the OSP Bill Room or over the phone. Cash, checks or credit cards are accepted at the Public Counter which is located in the basement of the State Capitol, Room B32. Orders by phone can be made by calling (916) 445-6461. Credit cards can only be accepted for phone orders. Shipping costs may vary based on destination.
