STA Partnership on SR 37 Corridor

On October 12th 2016 the STA Board approved a partnership with the Sonoma County Transportation Authority and MTC to develop a Design Alternatives Assessment for the SR 37 corridor. STA is also seeking to partner with Caltrans to conduct Public Outreach for the SR 37 Design Alternatives Assessment.   more »

I-80/I-680/SR 12 Interchange Package is Nearing Completion!!

Construction of the I-80/I-680/State Route 12 Interchange Project Package 1 in Fairfield is nearly complete. STA Board members got a close-up look this week at the new Connector Bridge from WB I-80 to Jameson Canyon which will open to traffic in Mid-August.   more »

More than 2,400 Solano residents called in to the 3 Town Halls to participate in the conversation about Solano's streets and gave input on funding priorities. We received 2,153 comments - view the updated public input priorities here! Solano County's advisory Measure G to allocate to transportation improvements any proceeds of a voter-approved tax on the June 2016 ballot was approved by voters. Solano County's Measure H to impose a half-cent 5-year general sales tax was not approved by voters.   more »
