• .NET 4.0 Framework
• Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 SP1 Redistributable Package
• IE 6+
• Current windows user with full access to local client resources (Printer, Signature Pad, Fax, etc.)
• Netsmart VR BA Prerequisites
• Netsmart VR BA Prerequisites Setup wizard (does all of the above)

If you are a funeral home accessing multiple versions of Netsmart Vital Records (i.e. entering death records between two different states) and are receiving the error message displayed below, we recommend you download and install the Netsmart Multi Site Refresh software. Once installed, it will create an icon on your desktop for you to run when switching between Vital Records systems.
