Your PID is a personal identification number assigned to your RSA account. For TRS members with PEEHIP insurance, it is the last eight digits of your contract number on your insurance card (exclude the leading zero). All other RSA members should request their PID number online through RSA’s PID request system to have it mailed to their primary mailing address. Once a member obtains a PID number he or she may register for RSA Member Online Services. If you are unable to locate your PID, please complete the following form below to have a copy mailed to your primary mailing address. All new RSA members will automatically be mailed a PID Letter upon the creation of an RSA account.

Your requested PID Letter will be mailed to the address currently on file with RSA. If you need to change your address in order to receive the requested PID Letter, click here to access the ADDRESS CHANGE NOTIFICATION form.
To expedite the address change process, please fax the completed notification form to the attention of MEMBER SERVICES at 334-517-7001 or 877-517-0021. All address change requests will be processed the same business day if received by 4:00 PM. Once you have completed and faxed the ADDRESS CHANGE NOTIFICATION form to RSA, you may then submit the PID Letter request and your PID number will be mailed to your correct mailing address.
