Now accepting applications for 2016 Ka'ena Point vehicle access permits.
- To begin, log in with your eHawaii.gov account or create an account (once created, you will be returned to this screen).
- Once you submit an application, you will receive an email confirmation and then another email notifying you of approval of your permit.
- Permits are processed and mailed within 5 working days. Please allow several days for delivery.
- After your permit is processed, return to this site to obtain the weekly gate combination.
Effective December 30, 2015, gate combinations are only distributed via this website (combinations are no longer sent by mass email or text).
