Welcome to VATAX Nonprofit Online

Protecting your tax information is very important to the Department. The Department is now requiring all passwords to meet State Standard password requirements. This will affect all Nonprofit Online users, whose password does not currently meet the State Standards. Once this change is in place, users with passwords that do not meet the requirements will be prompted to change their password upon their next login. You may want to change your password now in advance of the upcoming changes.

Login Instructions:

Enter your User ID and password to access your account.
  1. User ID: Enter the User ID created when you registered your nonprofit online account. If you have forgotten your User ID, select the "Forgot Your Password" option. Enter your e-mail address and your User ID will be e-mailed to you. If you do not have an e-mail address, select "Sign Up" to create a new User ID and password. Next, select "Change Access Request" to associate the new User ID and password to the existing account information.
  2. Password:Enter the password created when you registered your nonprofit online account. If you have forgotten your password, select the "Forgot Your Password" option. Enter your User ID and we will display your hint to help you remember your password. If you still do not remember your password, select "Sign Up" to create a new User ID and password. Next, select "Change Access Request" to associate the new password and User ID to your existing account information.
  3. Login: Click the Login button.
