The Board’s rules governing Medical Board Miscellaneous Fees may not be current in all instances. The Board recognizes the need to update these rules and plans to do so as soon as possible. Although some inconsistencies exist between the rules and the current fees established by the Arizona Medical Board through statutory authority, the Board complies with statute, particularly but not exclusively with regard to fees.
