  • Enthusiast and Ambassador Program

    The Performance Enthusiast and Ambassador Program is a professional development program offered to mid-level federal government employees. Participants receive instruction and structured discussion on the use of performance management tools & techniques, instruction and practice in complementary tools & techniques that amplify effectiveness, insight into performance best practices, expansion of their professional network, and application of their learning on their organization

  • Working Groups and Communities of Practice

    The PIC organizes 1 or 2 working groups each year, with topics based on priorities identified by agency PIOs and their staffs. The longest standing working group is a Reviews Community of Practice which started in 2010 and continues to have representation from more than half of CFO act agencies. The group focuses specifically on sharing ideas about how to build effective strategic reviews and agency reviews.
