  When I first learned about human trafficking. I immediately knew that I wanted to do something to combat it. I decided to focus my Girl Scout Award Project on spreading awareness and educating members of my community about human trafficking. For this specific part of my project, I went around to local public and private institutions, businesses and community places and distributed anti-human trafficking posters.         -- Serena Simpkins
