You should apply for our network if you practice in Washington State and are a: Physician, Chiropractor, Naturopathic physician, Podiatric physician, Advanced registered nurse practitioner, Physician assistant, Dentist, or Optometrist.
Become a Non-Network L&I; Provider
If you are not one of the provider types listed above, or you do not practice in Washington State, you should apply for an L&I; account number. Do not submit a network application. You can continue to treat injured workers without joining the network. This includes massage therapists, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, psychologists, IME's, vocational providers, and interpreters.
