The ARIES Program was a national, multi-institutional
research activity to:
"Perform advanced integrated design studies of long-term fusion energy
embodiments to identify key R&D; directions and to provide visions for the
fusion program."
The research was funded by the Office of Fusion Energy Sciences, US Department
of Energy until December 2013. This site contains archival information.
