As a result of activities directed by ARCYBER 2A in association with FRAGO 2 of Operation Order (OPORD) 2016‐012, DoD Cybersecurity Scorecard Compliance & Remediation we are anticipating access to the Army Energy and Water Management Program website will only be accessible to users on the .MIL network on or about 22 Apr 16. Access from sites using commercial Internet Service Providers (ISPs) including, but not limited to, personal residences, hotels, contractor facilities and mobile devices will be blocked unless they are using an approved Government Virtual Private Network (VPN) solution provided by the user’s hosting Government organization.
