Community Partners
The DOC is committed to public safety and a Reentry philosophy that strives to make sure offenders become law abiding and productive citizens after they finish their sentence. Offender success means fewer new crimes and victims and lower correctional costs. But meeting that vital mission depends on the support and services DOC gets every day from a wide spectrum of community partners.
From the DOC's citizen volunteers and nonprofit groups that support victims and offender families to partners in counties, law enforcement and members of the criminal justice community, the DOC recognizes the important role each of community partner plays in DOC's vital mission and invites participation at every level.
