DTOOL is no longer available. Registration for DSAMH Training Office workshops has moved to the Delaware Learning Center (DLC) system.
FOR NON-STATE OF DELAWARE EMPLOYEE USERS: To access the new Delaware Learning Center system, go to the following link and register as a new user.
It is critical that you use the email address from which you received this message to initially sign in to the DLC because that email address is your user ID and you will need to create a new password by following the directions provided.
IT IS CRITICAL THAT YOU USE and KEEP the email address from which you received this message to navigate in the DLC system to ensure that your transcripts and records eventually get assigned correctly. DO NOT CHANGE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS IN DLC UNTIL THE HISTORICAL TRANSCRIPT DATA HAS BEEN MIGRATED. The migration process of your historical data to the new system may take awhile.
Once ALL of your data is available to you in the new system, you can make changes to the personal information in your account. Your training history will eventually be available to you in the new DLC system as long as you keep the same email. Additionally, when you register for a workshop, an email will be sent if you are accepted into that workshop.
For external users (Non-State employees) there is a $2.50 fee to register for each training event, payable on line by credit card only. This registration fee is in addition to any costs that may be charged for a particular training event. There is no cost to look through the selection of training events. If the event is a no-cost event, the $2.50 registration fee is the only charge applied. Cancellation polices are found on the DLC. There are no refunds for the $2.50 registration fees. You will not be charged anything until you use the shopping cart.
