America’s Navy depends on highly qualified and motivated men and women to maintain and operate the most sophisticated ships, aircraft and submarines in the world. Maintaining the Fleet at optimum levels is a critical first step in providing a capable force to ensure America’s interests are protected around the globe
Meeting the manning requirements established by the Navy is the responsibility of Navy Recruiting Command (NRC). Through the effective use of technological innovation and other resources, NRC will complete its mission. By using the best business practices available and ensuring there is a motivated integrated Active and Reserve Recruiting force, only the best and most qualified Americans will be identified for Naval service.
While no individual part of NRC is more critical that another, one very important aspect of attracting and recruiting the right people involves the special services of NRC’s Advertising and Marketing Department (Code N9).
