Use the drop-down lists to help search for your data. To use the drop-down lists, click in the box and start typing your search criteria. The list will change as you type and will show all results that contain the text that you type. Click on the item from the list to select it.

If you are required to select a permit number but only know the well name, select the well first, then when you click in the Permit Number drop-down list, you should only see one permit. This is the permit associated with the selected well name.
