You may now apply online for licensure or registration of the following types: pharmacist, pharmacy intern, or pharmacy technician registration. After you have submitted a complete online application, you must also complete the online application supplement packet, which is available under “Applications and Forms” on the Georgia Board of Pharmacy website. <font color="red">Do not send the supplement packet until you have completed your online application by clicking on “Apply Online” above.</font> If you are applying for pharmacist licensure, you should complete the Pharmacist Online Application Supplement Packet. If you are applying for a pharmacy intern license, you should complete the Pharmacy Intern Online Application Supplement Packet. If you are applying for pharmacy technician registration, you should complete the Pharmacy Technician Application Supplement. You must mail the required documents to the Georgia Board of Pharmacy: Georgia Board of Pharmacy, Department of Community Health, 2 Peachtree Street N.W., 36th Floor, Atlanta, GA 30303. Note: Pharmacy technicians whose registration has expired must contact the Board office for a paper application. Pharmacy technicians whose registration has expired cannot apply online. Questions?
