ARNG G1 Gateway

The Army National Guard G1 Gateway is a centralized source for ARNG human resources information. The site provides streamlined access to resources regarding Guard programs, processes, benefits, and policies.


Within the site, users will find tools to include process maps through the “HR Programs and Processes” tab. The “Policies and Regulations” tab links users to policy libraries maintained by ARNG personnel divisions. The Gateway serves the personnel community, Soldiers, and Families with accurate, Guard-specific information.
