RESERVE PAY MESSAGE 15-31, RECONCILIATION REQUIREMENTS FOR THE DJMS-RC
PERSONNEL/PAY MISMATCH REPORT, 23 DEC 15. This message outlines the requirement
to use the Unit Commander's Pay Management Report (UH022-2004) and Unit Manning
Report (UMR) in the absence of the Personnel/Pay Mismatch Report (UH022-2026)
to identify discrepancies between the personnel and pay systems for name, SSN,
