As of 30 September 2016, the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response (ASPR)/Office of Emergency Management (OEM) no longer uses HAvBED or BARTS as National hospital bed situational awareness tools. As a result, after 31 December 2016, the below web sites will be decommissioned.
