• Joint Interagency Training Center - West (JITC-West) - "National Guard Bureau's Homeland Defense Center of Excellence" - formerly National Interagency Civil-Military Institute (NICI), a Field Operating Activity of The National Guard Bureau, "provides FREE training, information and research services for professionals, civic leaders and public servants on domestic military support capabilities in public safety / disaster preparedness"

• Interagency Working Group on Biosecurity (IWGB), Sandia labs - "The mission of the Interagency Working Group on Biosecurity is to improve biosecurity for high-consequence microbial agents and toxins. We define biosecurity as the physical security of facilities that store, use, and/or transport these materials."

• Technical Support Working Group (TSWG) "is the U.S. national forum that identifies, prioritizes, and coordinates interagency and international research and development (R&D;) requirements for combating terrorism. Critical Infrastructure Assurance Office (CIAO)

National Infrastructure Protection Center (NIPC)
