This training program was developed by the South Carolina Division of State Information Technology in coordination with South Carolina ETV and was funded by a grant from the US Department of Homeland Security.  The purpose of this training is to provide a basic understanding of communications interoperability for all public safety personnel throughout the state of South Carolina.
