NOTICE TO ALL OCTOBER 2016 RN/LPN RENEWAL LICENSEES
Please disregard the CHRC requirement for this year, as stated on your renewal postcard due to a printing error. You should log on and renew as normal. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

- Nurse Practitioner (HPSIG) program
Starting July 1st, 2016, the Board of Nursing will assess a $15 surcharge for the renewal of nurse practitioners to be paid to the Nurse Practitioner Preceptorship Tax Credit Fund per the 2016 legislative session.
