PAY.GOV was implemented by the Northern District of West Virginia effective November 3, 2014, for online payments during the filing process for Civil Complaints, Notices of Removal and Civil and Criminal Appeal events. Payments using credit cards will be accepted through the Pay.gov application, as part of docketing events in the CM/ECF system.
