This online application has been designed to collect pertinent information needed to complete licensure or registration process
Below are the different license categories:
- CCI-Child Caring Institution, also known as a group home. Providing full-time care to between 6-16 children.
- CPA-Child Placing Agency
Providing foster care and adoption services (both domestic and international) including home study services only.
- CTCC-Children's Transition Care Center
providing specialized care to medically fragile children.
- OCCP-Outdoor Child Caring Program
Camps shall have access to a minimum of 10 acres per camper for the first 50 campers with an additional 5 acres per camper for each additional camper.
- Maternity Homes/Second Chance Homes
Proving care for pregnant mothers and/or mothers and babies. A maternity home provides care to two or more residents.
Registered Program:
- RHYP-Runaway and Homeless Youth Programs
a registered program providing care to runaway and homeless youth through age 19.
