This is online application services. This online application has been designed to collect pertinent information needed to complete licensure or registration process

Below are the different license categories:
  • CCI-Child Caring Institution, also known as a group home. Providing full-time care to between 6-16 children.
  • CPA-Child Placing Agency
    Providing foster care and adoption services (both domestic and international) including home study services only.
  • CTCC-Children's Transition Care Center
    providing specialized care to medically fragile children.
  • OCCP-Outdoor Child Caring Program
    Camps shall have access to a minimum of 10 acres per camper for the first 50 campers with an additional 5 acres per camper for each additional camper.
  • Maternity Homes/Second Chance Homes
    Proving care for pregnant mothers and/or mothers and babies. A maternity home provides care to two or more residents.
Registered Program:
  • RHYP-Runaway and Homeless Youth Programs
    a registered program providing care to runaway and homeless youth through age 19.
