SAM II is the State of Missouri's integrated financial, HR and payroll system. The SAM II system incorporates accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed asset accounting, grants and project accounting, budget preparation and budget control, purchasing, human resources and payroll processing for all state departments and agencies. The SAM II system is powered by American Management Systems' ADVANTAGE and BRASS software applications designed exclusively for governmental entities. In addition, the State of Missouri has augmented the on-line real-time production system with a web enabled Data Warehouse application to facilitate data analysis and report generation.
