Application deadlines occur twice a year. The deadline dates are: January 31; and July 31. Applications should be postmarked no later than these dates. When the application due date falls on a weekend or a holiday the application may be filed on the next business day.

The Board reserves the right to change these dates upon notification and to make specific exemptions, as it deems necessary. The Board will meet around the the last week of April and October of each calendar year to consider funding of the grant requests of the respective application periods. The Board may change the meeting dates upon notification.

Successfully approved applicants will be notified at the end of each respective board meeting. If funding is available, the Bank will make all due effort to provide the applicant with the grant funds within ninety days or less of the completion and submission of all due diligence documents to the Bank.
