- Employee Self-Service Portal: https://iowa.service-now.com/ess/ (log in using A&A;)
- Select ‘View Self-Service Service Catalog’ > ‘Service Catalog’ > ‘DNR Web Project/Update Request’
- Enter a Short Description, request description, priority and the URL in question
- Click the “order now” button on the right side of page (ignore the delivery timestamp)
- You will receive an email stating a “Request has been opened on your behalf”
- You will also receive an email once completed, “Request has been completed”
