The following survey is being conducted to collect information that will assist SEMA in providing training and exercises targeted specifically to your jurisdiction's individual needs. The survey is based on the Universal Task List (UTL) developed by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
The survey should be completd by the Chief/CEO, or their designee, for each discipline. Results from this survey will be used to focus SEMA's training services on the specific needs of your emergency response personnel. Participating jurisdictions will receive a summary report based on your jurisdictional input identifying any training gaps or unaddressed areas. Your input is important to us and we hope that you will take the time to participate in this process. All of the information you provide will be kept confidential.
