Thanksgiving Holiday Schedule
November 10, 2016

 

The District Court, Bankruptcy Court, and Probation and Pretrial Services Office for the Western District of Wisconsin will be closed on Friday, November 25, 2016.  For purposes of time computation pursuant to Rule 6 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and any other applicable Federal Rules governing the computation of time for filing with the Clerk of the District Court or Bankruptcy Court, the time periods during which the courts are closed will be considered "legal holidays."

Notice of Fee Increase
October 26, 2016

 

The Judicial Conference of the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts has approved changes to the miscellaneous fee schedule for the District Court.  As of December 1, 2016, the following fees are changing as noted below.  Please be certain to check the fee schedule prior to submitting any payment to the Clerk's Office.
