The American Presence Post in Toulouse opened in December of 1999.

Its mission is twofold:

• to support American companies in the Midi-Pyrénées Region or those interested in doing business in the Region;
• to build bridges of greater mutual understanding and friendship between the people of the United States and the people of the Midi-Pyrénées Region.

The U.S. Consulate in Toulouse is located 25 allées Jean Jaurès, near Place Wilson (downtown). There is the Jean Jaurès subway station as well as a public parking lot, “Parking Jean Jaurès,” at the foot of the Consulate building.

The office in Toulouse cannot provide visas to French citizens. All questions related to visas to the United States should be referred to the American Embassy Visa Services in Paris.

The office is closed on French and American holidays.
