PLEASE NOTE:

We are transitioning from using Social Security numbers to FEMA Student Identification numbers (SID) to identify and track individuals in the LMS. Our goal is to discontinue using Social Security numbers and only use FEMA SIDs as student personal identification numbers.
When the transition is complete, you will be required to provide your FEMA SID the first time you access your LMS account. After you update your profile, your Social Security number will no longer be used in the LMS.
To help ease the transition, we encourage you to go to https://cdp.dhs.gov/femasid/ and create your own FEMA SID, or retrieve your SID if you already have one.
If you have any problems accessing our site after the date and time above, or have issues using your FEMA SID, please contact June Simonton at 573-526-9121 or Jack Raetz at 573-526-9016.,

State Emergency Management Agency (SEMA)

Our Solutions

The Emergency Management Training (EMT) curriculum delivered by SEMA offers an extensive array of training opportunities for State and local emergency managers, public officials, members of volunteer relief organizations, and professionals in related fields. The EMT program has proven itself to be a comprehensive and effective vehicle to train state and local officials in disaster mitigation, preparedness, response, and recovery. Jurisdictions across Missouri, can and do cope with disaster by preparing in advance through training activities and by using the skills learned to build local teams and coalitions that respond to emergencies.
