The USACE Learning Advisory Board (LAB) has recommended Senior USACE Proponents
take a more active role in reviewing and validating what is being offered through
the Proponent Sponsored Engineer Corps Training (PROSPECT) program. The ULC is
developing a Curriculum Review Model based upon the successful Real Estate Directorate
review along with other resources to assist the review effort.
