APPLICANT INFORMATION SESSIONS: October 6 and 11, 2016
LETTERS OF INTENT ARE DUE: Wednesday, November 9, 2016 at noon
APPLICANT NOTIFICATION OF ACCEPTANCE/DENIAL OF LETTER OF INTENT: Late December 2016
INVITED FULL APPLICATIONS ARE DUE: Thursday, February 9, 2017 at noon
APPLICANT NOTIFICATION: Late March 2017
ESTIMATED PROJECT START DATE: No earlier than late April, 2017
