The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB) regulates the distribution of beverage alcohol in Pennsylvania, operating more than 600 wine and spirits stores statewide and licensing more than 20,000 beverage alcohol producers and retailers. We also work to reduce and prevent dangerous and underage drinking through partnerships with schools, community groups and licensees. We strive to provide Pennsylvania consumers with a broad selection of quality wines and spirits at reasonable prices and to continually explore ways to improve operations for the benefit of customers and all Pennsylvanians.
