Under Title 29 Section 6933, Government Support Services (GSS) has joined a cooperative contract with NASPO/WSCA for digital postage equipment and mail processing equipment. Agencies are reminded pursuant to 29 Del. C., 6308A(l), no State of Delaware agency shall procure, purchase or lease any postage meters or equipment for the metering of mail or the affixing of postage without the approval of GSS. A Request for State Agency Postage Equipment/Meter Internal Lease and/or Purchases must be submitted to the Messenger Services Section of GSS and approved prior to the purchase, lease, or renewal of equipment under this agreement.
